Doing impactful work when it comes to the prevention of workplace sexual harassment is all about safety. When an organisation feels unsafe with the topic area it reacts. It makes knee-jerk decisions. It can't see the nuance. Often it will oscillate from doing nothing about harassment to rapidly dismissing people for sexual harassment. It can be a nervous game of all or nothing with little room for nuance. Do you recognise that type of organisation? Do you work in it or for it?
